Chingis Labs

I have a knack for structuring and growing businesses.

In addition to this, I am constantly growing myself. At the age of 31, I became the youngest CEOs in my group of companies. I pursued additional post-graduate education and earned a certificate from Cornell University for Hospitality Management, as well as a Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online (BA, Economics, Financial Accounting).

As a consultant, my goal is to help businesses grow and reach new heights. In the process of doing that I have had the opportunity to work with and consult a variety of companies in a variety of industries. Each project has taught me about different aspects of the business world, which I use in my consulting practice today.

I have helped companies expand on their core business, grow by identifying and maximizing add-on business opportunities and improve customer acquisition. Together with my clients, we have doubled the revenue in the course of 6 months, spin off a successful product into a separate venture which was later acquired by an investor.

Random facts about me:

  • I am a huge data enthusiast who has an "In God we trust, all others bring data" poster hanging in my office. In every consultancy gig it all started with defining key business metrics and ways to track them.

  • I consider myself a storyteller; I write blog posts, LinkedIn articles, drop long-reads every month, host a podcast, and know how to put a proper business story together.

  • I also think of myself as a "geek" and always put emphasis on innovation & digitization in my consultancy.

  • I visited 25 countries and have a buddy in nearly every major city on Earth. Which means that I can check-in with various international experts on demand.
